Standard Warranty: 30 Days Labor, 90 Days Parts

Unless different written terms apply, repairs include 30 days of labor coverage and 90 days of coverage for parts supplied by Nordstar. The coverage that applies to your repair is stated on your invoice.

Extended coverage for sealed-system repairs

Qualifying sealed-system (refrigeration) repairs on high-end appliances may include a limited warranty of up to two years. Eligibility depends on the appliance, repair scope, components, system condition, and the written terms supplied with the completed work.

Same covered failure only

Warranty service applies only to the covered repair or supplied component. A different failed component, unrelated symptom, maintenance issue, external electrical or plumbing condition, corrosion, pest damage, misuse, customer-supplied part, or third-party intervention is not automatically covered.
