Estimates and authorization

Repair recommendations and estimates are based on the appliance condition and information reasonably available during diagnosis. Repair work begins after customer authorization. Additional findings may require a revised estimate and further approval.

Parts and payment

OEM parts are used when available. Appropriate alternatives may be offered with customer approval when an OEM part is unavailable. Deposits and final payment are governed by the approved estimate and invoice.

Brand names and trademarks identify equipment serviced and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, or authorization unless specifically stated in writing.

Warranty

The written invoice and warranty terms supplied with the completed repair control the applicable coverage.
